Blauberg continues to implement large-scale international projects for energy-efficient ventilation. One of the company’s latest success stories is the installation of a state-of-the-art ventilation system at the Technimark plant in Monaghan, Ireland.
Technimark is a global manufacturer specializing in precision plastic injection molding and contract manufacturing for the medical, consumer, and industrial industries. For such a facility, stable indoor climate conditions, high air quality, and energy efficiency are particularly important.

The project involved the supply of heat recovery ventilation systems to provide air for general production and office areas, with the aim of improving air quality and the facility’s overall energy efficiency.

As part of the project, our partner in Ireland, SODAC Distribution Ltd, supplied the facility with a range of Blauberg BlauAir CFP air handling units, specifically the CFP 1200, CFP 1500, and CFP 3500 models. Thanks to the wide range of unit sizes, a flexible and scalable solution was created, adapted to the building’s diverse ventilation needs.

Blauberg BlauAir CFP are modern suspended ventilation units that provide balanced supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery. Through the use of highly efficient heat exchangers, the systems make it possible to significantly reduce the building’s energy consumption and operating costs.

Other key advantages of BlauAir CFP include:

  • use of energy-efficient EC fans with continuous airflow control;
  • slimline design suitable for installation in confined spaces;
  • high-quality F7 / ePM1 air filtration;
  • low noise level;
  • compatibility with BMS systems via BACnet and Modbus;
  • convenient service access to key components.

Thanks to Blauberg’s advanced ventilation technologies, the Technimark plant has received a reliable and energy-efficient solution that meets the highest demands of modern manufacturing.
