Standard air exchange with cooling and heating in one of the production halls of Dried Foods will now be provided by two Blauberg BLHV-R335-O/3R1A and BLHVE-S450-O/3R1A compressor-condenser units (CCUs) together with an AirVENTS AV15 air handling unit with a rated capacity of 15,000 m³/h. This ventilation system is designed for the production of ObJerky snacks: the hood extracts heated air above the hot zone, increasing heat recovery efficiency and reducing energy costs during the cold season.
