BlauAIR commercial counterflow AHUs

To ensure the best possible energy efficiency, air quality and comfort in buildings, Blauberg offers standard air handling units featuring simplified installation and modern specifications. The units are used to maintain temperature, humidity, energy recovery and air filtration.

The air handling units have an air flow of up to 20000 m³/h and a recovery efficiency of up to 95%.

Available in 3 design options: vertical, horizontal and suspended and two casing types. There are 22 sizes available, varying in capacity from 700 to 20000 m³/h.

EC motor, which ensures low power consumption at any speed, low noise and stable operation in all climate conditions.
High-efficient counterflow heat exchanger with a recovery rate of up to 95% made of profiled polystyrene plates, packed with elastic heat-resistant sealant. Stainless steel drain pan on both supply and exhaust sides.

The systems are made of robust steel with a protective aluzinc coating for enhanced resistance and durability.
Units with a 40 mm casing have lower weight and good thermal performance: T3, TB4
Units with PVC profile casing have minimized heat loss, improved thermal performance (Т2, TB2), and reduced noise levels. This increases thermal resistance and reduces heat loss, especially for outdoor installation. It also prevents condensation from forming on the surface during air cooling.
Available with an electric heater, water heater and with water or freon coolers.

The units meet the international standards of energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of ventilation systems ECO-Design'18.
Enable the integration of a Plug-&-Play control system based on the Carel kVent controller.

Controls

The supplied units are equipped with a Plug-and-Play control system based on the programmable Carel controller.

The Plug-&-Play control system is equipped with the Carel th-Tune remote control panel, which provides basic parameter settings and a user-friendly interface. The Carel PGD1 panel can be installed on request and provides greater flexibility and complex custom control settings.

The compact units control system can be easily integrated into building management systems (SCADA, BMS, «smart house»).
