Kitchen inline fans in sound-insulated casings with operational temperature of 120 °C with EC-motors

  • Impeller type: Centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades
Iso-VK EC is a series of kitchen exhaust fans in a sound-insulated casing equipped with EC motors. It provides an airflow of up to 27 500 m³/h and is designed for continuous operation at temperatures up to 120 °C. Available air duct sizes range from 315 to 800 mm.
Use
It is ideally suited for various ventilation systems in HoReCa facilities, including industrial kitchens, and for removing gases generated during welding operations.

Design
  • Casing made of aluminium frame and removable aluzinc thermal- and sound-insulated double-skinned sandwich panels.
  • Sound insulated casing (mineral wool 20 mm).
  • Due to corrosion-resistant casing and thermal insulation the fan is suitable for external mounting.
High-efficiency EC motor
  • Energy-efficient EC motors with reduced power consumption and optimized performance control.
  • Motor is located outside the airflow and separated from the impeller by a metal panel.
  • 2/4/6 pole motors, single- or three-phase EC motors.
Flexibility of mounting
The airflow direction can be easily changed by repositioning the panels or service doors.

Easy maintenance
The units are designed for easy maintenance and are compatible with high-pressure cleaning tools (washable with Kärcher cleaning tools); an integrated drainage system ensures the efficient removal of water and contaminants.
