Series Blauberg Iso-K - Kitchen - Kitchen exhaust fans
Kitchen inline fans in sound-insulated casings with operational temperature of 120 °C

  • Impeller type: Centrifugal impeller with forward curved blades, Centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades
Iso-K is a series of kitchen exhaust fans in a sound-insulated casing equipped with AC motors. It provides an airflow capacity of up to 8 138 m³/h and is designed for continuous operation at temperatures up to 120 °C. Available duct sizes range from 150 to 450 mm.
Use
It is ideally suited for various ventilation systems in HoReCa facilities, including industrial kitchens, and for removing gases generated during welding operations.

Design
  • The fan casing is installed on a supporting mounting frame with integrated vibration isolators.
  • Galvanized steel casing internally filled with a 50 mm thermal- and sound-insulating layer made of non-flammable mineral wool.
  • The swivel motor-impeller block is attached to the swivel door which facilitates the fan servicing.
Motor
  • Motor is located outside the airflow and separated from the impeller by a metal panel.
  • Single-phase or three-phase AC motor.
  • Equipped with ball bearings for extended service life.
Easy maintenance
The units are designed for easy maintenance and can be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge.
