BlauFast is a modular flexible air duct system that includes 75/90/52 mm diameter air ducts, as well as plastic and metal air distribution boxes, plenums, fittings, grilles and other accessories. This assortment enables the selection of the optimal solution and the implementation of even the most complex projects for your house or apartment. ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM

1. AIR DUCTS

BlauFast air ducts are made of impact-resistant plastic.

They are available in two form factors: round (75 and 90 mm) and oval (52 mm).

The air ducts are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
The design can be made in two modifications: of normal polyethylene and of polyethylene with antibacterial and antistatic properties.
Air ducts can be easily fixed on the ceiling or mounted in walls or floors.
The ring stiffness indicators comply with international standards: ISO 9969.
The air ducts provide reliable operation in the temperature range from -20 to +60 °C, ensuring efficiency in all conditions.
The smooth inner surface ensures low air resistance and easy cleaning.

2. PLASTIC AIR DISTRIBUTION BOXES

The modular plastic air distribution boxes are a new addition to the BlauFast system, providing even more options for flexible installation as they can be connected to each other in different positions and formats with duct systems.

The casing of the air distribution boxes is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) with a thermoplastic elastomer (SEBS), which ensures strength, ease and safety of use, as well as reliable and durable operation of the system.
The air distribution boxes operate stably in the temperature range from -20 to +60 °C, ensuring efficient operation in all conditions.
Thanks to improved aerodynamics, the distribution boxes help to create more efficient supply and exhaust ventilation systems.
There are 20 models of distribution boxes available with different number of spigots and their sizes. All the distribution boxes are compatible with other components of the BlauFast system.
They are suitable for round (75 and 90 mm) systems.

3. METAL AIR DISTRIBUTION BOXES

Metal air distribution boxes are designed for maximum efficiency in the air distribution process, providing high strength and corrosion resistance, which makes them an excellent choice for various types of installation and integration with BlauFast air ducts.

The casing of the distribution boxes is made of high-quality steel coated with aluminized zinc (Aluzinc), which provides excellent corrosion protection and stable operation of the system for many years.
The inner surfaces of the air distribution boxes are lined with a 20 mm layer of sound insulation, which effectively reduces the noise level at the installation site.
Unused vents of the distribution boxes can be easily closed using BlauFast RSP 63 plugs.
They are compatible with round (75 and 90 mm) and oval (52 mm) systems.

4. PLENUMS

Metal plenums are designed for efficient and reliable air distribution. They feature high strength and durability, making them a perfect choice for a variety of installation options and integration with BlauFast systems in different configurations.

The plenums are made of high-quality, durable and corrosion-resistant metal, which ensures reliable and long-term operation of the system.
The assortment includes ceiling, floor, and wall-mounted versions, which allows to select the optimal solution for any installation conditions.
The plenums function stably in the temperature range from -20 to +60 °C, ensuring reliable operation in various conditions.
They can be installed with round (75 and 90 mm) and oval (52 mm) systems.
