Our company is pleased to introduce a new series of inline mixed-flow fans Blauberg Primo and Blauberg Primo EC. The new equipment is an optimal solution for utilization in supply and exhaust ventilation systems of commercial and industrial premises requiring powerful air flow.

Blauberg Primo (EC) fans are a continuation of existing Blauberg Turbo (EC) series and characterized by higher efficiency. Blauberg Primo fans are able to ensure air flow up to 3,350 m3/h, and Blauberg Primo EC fans demonstrate performance up to 5,700 m3/h, which is times higher than Turbo series fans can offer. This allows utilization of these fans in premises requiring powerful air flow and high air supply.

The new fans are made in polymer casing, which is ideal for application in premises with increased humidity. The casing is reinforced with metal housing, which ensures even better strength of the fans. Due to the conically-shaped polymer impeller with specially profiled blades, the air flow circular velocity increases, which results in higher air flow and pressure, as compared to characteristics of standard axial fans. The specially designed diffuser and airflow rectifier enable the best combination of high air flow rate and low noise levels. The fan casing is equipped with an external airtight terminal box for connection to power mains.

Blauberg Primo fans are equipped with three-speed four-pole motors, and Blauberg Primo EC fans with energy-efficient ЕС motors. Both motor types are equipped with ball bearings for longer service life (up to 40 000 hours) and have manual reset thermal overload protection as required for inline duct fans in compliance with AS/NZS60335-2-80:2004. Primo series fans are controlled with three-stage CDPE-3 E5 controllers or with smooth thyristor controller connected to the maximum speed terminal. Primo EC model is controlled with a smooth 0-10 V controller.

The new fans are compatible with Ø 355 and 400 mm air ducts and may be installed either at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of an air duct system. Several fans may be installed in one system in parallel in order to ensure higher air capacity, or in series to increase operating pressure in the system.
