Ventilation in industrial cooking areas is first and foremost a matter of safety and compliance with sanitary standards. The ventilation system here should effectively remove excess heat, humidity, smoke, and odors, preventing the accumulation of grease and harmful substances in the air.
That is why a powerful BlauAIR BLL27 heat recovery unit with a rated air flow of 22,000 m³/h was installed on the roof of the building. The project was implemented by our affiliate company Vents Hungary.
The ventilation unit is equipped with a “wall of fans” module, which ensures high reliability, energy efficiency, and uniform air flow distribution. Thanks to several fans operating in parallel, the system continues to function even if one of them fails. The advantages of this solution include lower noise, lower power consumption, and comfortable maintenance.
The grease trap section removes grease particles from the air, while the direct cooling section with an evaporator of 50 kW cooling capacity lowers the temperature of the supply air and stabilizes the indoor climate.
Thanks to the BlauAIR BLL27 system, the air in the kitchen has become cleaner, the temperature more comfortable, while restaurant guests enjoy the aromas of the dishes rather than the smells of the kitchen.
