The solution was to install a Blauberg KOMFORT EC DBE heat recovery ventilation unit. With an air flow of up to 2,100 m³/h, it ensures reliable air circulation even in large auditoriums attended by many students. The central element of the system is a plate heat recovery core, which achieves a heat recovery efficiency of up to 88%. This sophisticated approach to heating ventilation and air conditioning schools ensures optimal climate control throughout the facility.
Special attention has been paid to the casing design. Made of aluminum profile and insulated with a 20 mm layer of mineral wool, it provides heat and sound insulation. The fans themselves are known for their reliable and quiet operation. To keep the air clean, built-in G4 filters are used, which remove dust and impurities from the air, functioning effectively as an air purifier for classroom environments. The units are equipped with built-in S21 automation system, which enables their integration into a Smart Home or BMS (Building Management System). The units can be controlled remotely via the Blauberg AHU mobile app using Wi-Fi.
To conclude, it should be noted that the unit is easy to maintain: thanks to the hinged side panels, school technical staff can easily access the filters and internal components for timely cleaning and replacement, ensuring long-term and uninterrupted operation of the equipment.
