Blauberg climate control equipment has been successfully implemented at Anko-Invest’s new high-tech hatchery facility in Tajikistan. As part of the project, state-of-the-art, energy-efficient ventilation and air conditioning systems were installed, capable of maintaining a fully controlled indoor climate.
A stable indoor climate is critical for incubation operations. The ventilation system must ensure continuous air circulation, oxygen supply, and the removal of excess heat, moisture, and carbon dioxide at all stages of embryo development. Particularly high demands are placed on the final stages of incubation. It is during this time that heat generation from the eggs increases significantly, as does the need for fresh air. That is why the ventilation equipment was designed for round-the-clock operation with the ability to flexibly adjust air exchange in accordance with the technological processes.

The ventilation system is based on four Blauberg BlauAIR BLF air handling units with a total airflow of 45,000 m³/h. The units are equipped with energy-efficient EC fans, water heaters, freon coolers, and modern control systems, ensuring a high level of energy efficiency and precise control of air parameters.

To maintain the desired temperature conditions in the incubation facility, two Blauberg BlauCool VRF air conditioning systems were installed, each featuring high-pressure inline indoor units rated at 10 kW. The installed equipment also included seven Blauberg ALB-25 air handling units and nine Tower-AM and Tower-H EC rooftop centrifugal fans.

The combination of high-performance equipment and modern climate control technologies helped create stable incubation conditions, improve energy efficiency, and reduce operating costs. The result is a state-of-the-art engineering system that ensures the reliability of production processes and meets the highest standards of the poultry industry.
