Ventilation equipment from Blauberg Ventilatoren was installed as part of a large-scale project at the Ras Al Hamra residential complex in Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman. Blauberg Ceileo 200 T and Blauberg Box-D 150 ceiling fans were used to ventilate the complex’s buildings.
Ras Al Hamra is one of Oman’s largest modern residential complexes. It is being developed as part of the Ras Al Hamra Development project. The project aims to create a comfortable living environment with comprehensive social infrastructure for over a thousand families and continues to expand with the launch of new construction phases.

Low-profile exhaust fans Blauberg Ceileo 200 T and Blauberg Box-D ceiling centrifugal fans were selected for ventilating the complex’s residential spaces.

With their compact design, the Ceileo 200 T fans are easily installed in the ceiling cavity, and their low sound pressure level – ranging from 24 to 28 dBA at a distance of 3 m – ensures high acoustic comfort for residents. Depending on the operating mode, the fans have a flow rate ranging from 130 to 225 m³/h. The models are equipped with a centrifugal impeller featuring forward-curved blades and a check valve that prevents backdraft.

For rooms requiring higher airflow, Blauberg Box-D 150 fans with a metal casing and a plastic front panel were installed. These fans combine high airflow (up to 485 m³/h) with a moderate noise level of 52 dBA. The design features a centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades and a check valve that prevents backflow.

The combination of high airflow, sufficient pressure, low noise, and reliable design made the Blauberg Ceileo 200 T and Blauberg Box-D 150 fans the optimal solution for the large-scale residential project.
