Blauberg has implemented a state-of-the-art VRF system for an office building in Kyiv

Blauberg Ventilatoren continues to implement state-of-the-art climate control solutions for commercial facilities, ensuring maximum comfort and energy efficiency. One example of the successful use of the company’s equipment is the office of the “Atlant” online store in Kyiv.

To create a comfortable indoor climate, a state-of-the-art VRF system based on BlauCool climate control equipment was installed in the building. The system consists of one BlauCool BLHVE-S PRO outdoor unit and 14 BlauCool BLHV-I-Wall wall-mounted indoor units, which provide effective air conditioning for all office spaces.

The use of VRF technology made it possible to create a flexible air conditioning system, where the temperature in each zone is maintained independently, depending on user needs. With the help of inverter control, the system ensures high energy efficiency, stable operation, and low operating costs even under varying loads.

The project was unique in that the system was installed after the renovation was completed; therefore, the technical solutions were developed to address both the requirements for effective air conditioning and the specific features of the interior design.

The BlauCool BLHV-I-Wall wall-mounted indoor units feature a modern design, quiet operation, and uniform distribution of cooled or heated air, creating comfortable conditions for employees’ daily work. In turn, the BLHVE-S PRO series outdoor unit ensures reliable and uninterrupted operation of the entire system, combining high performance with low power consumption.

The system operates stably in both cooling and heating modes, has a significant power margin (40 kW at a current load of 35 kW), and is scalable, as the outdoor unit is designed to connect to up to 64 indoor units.
